About
Dilshani Maheepala is a Lecturer attached to the Department of Electrical and Information Engineering from 2022. She obtained her BSc. Eng. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka in 2018. During her undergraduate years, she was an active member engaging in various events of IEEE while working as the Assistant Secretary of the IEEE Student Branch (2016/2017) at the University of Moratuwa.
Dilshani Maheepala has worked as an Electrical Engineer at Tudawe Engineering Services (Pvt) Ltd after the graduation. She has engaged in several construction projects there and has more than 3 years of industry experience in the fields of Electrical Installations, Power Systems, Control Systems, Project Management, and Contract Administration. In April 2022, she joined the University College of Ratmalana (University of Vocational Technology), as a Lecturer in Electrical Technology.
