About
Mr. Gevin Witharana is a Lecturer in the Department of Electrical and Information Engineering at the University of Ruhuna, Sri Lanka. He holds an MSc in Infocommunication Technologies and Communication Systems from Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, where he specialized in Radio Engineering and Communication Systems. He also holds a BSc in Electronics and Nanoelectronics, with a major in Radio Physics and Electronics.
