About

Ms. Dilini Jayarathna received her first degree, B.A. (Hons) in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL) from the University of Kelaniya in 2020. She joined the Department of Interdisciplinary Studies, Faculty of Engineering, University of Ruhuna in 2023 as a Lecturer (Probationary) after serving as a Lecturer (on Contract) at the Department of Languages, University of Moratuwa, and also as a Temporary Assistant Lecturer in English at the Faculty of Management and Finance, University of Ruhuna. Currently, she is reading for an M.A. in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL) at The Postgraduate Institute of English, The Open University of Sri Lanka.
