About

Dr. Udayanganie received her first degree, BBMgt (HRM) from University of Kelaniya in 2005. She joined University of Ruhuna in 2011 as a Probationary Lecturer by after serving to the private sector and serving to the same University on contract basis as a Lecturer. She has completed her Master of Business Administration degree from Faculty of Management and Finance, University of Ruhuna in 2014. She has obtained a Doctoral Degree in Management from Management and Science University, Malaysia in 2020.
