About
Mr. Y. S. K. De Silva is a Lecturer in the Department of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, University of Ruhuna since 2014. He obtained his B.Sc. degree in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Ruhuna, Sri Lanka, in 2014, and the M.Sc. Degree in in Renewable Energy from University of Agder (UiA), Norway, in 2017. He worked as a research assistant at Department of Engineering Sciences, Faculty of Engineering and Science, University of Agder, Norway. He has published several research articles in different international journals and conferences. His research interests span over multiple domains, including Fuel Cells, Electrolysis Technology, Hydrogen Generation, Optical Interferometric technology (Biospeckle Optical Coherence Tomography, Statistical interferometry technique), Seed vigor, Microplastics and nanoparticles.
