One of the Senior Academics in the Department of Electrical and Information Engineering, Dr. Nisabha Dharmasiri Jayasundere retired from 30th of September, 2021 after being serving for a period of fourteen (14) years.
Dr. Jayasundere joined the department on 1st of November, 2007 when the department was struggling to maintain the requisite academic cadres’ ratios. Since then, he was one of the pillars for several showcased research developments by the department.
Sir, you are an irreplaceable person and we’ll miss you every day.
