  • Developed a Program Quality Assurance (PQA) Action plan that spans over 5 years in collaboration with School, and other departments in SAIT in 2016/17. Successfully implemented the PQA action plan in 2017/18 which reflected in overall improvement in program KPIs.
  • Collaborated with Corporate Training department at SAIT to develop a Construction Project Management Training Program for Alberta Health Services (AHS) which involved four instructors in the program in 2017/18.
  • Initiated and successfully lead a team to obtain the accreditation for the BSc CPM program from Project Management Institute Global Accreditation Centre (PMI-GAC) 2016-2018.
