Prof. Masahiro Otaki and two Japanese researchers from Ochanomizu University, Japan, visited the DCEE to engage in research activities with Prof. Tushara Chaminda on “Viral indicators for tracking contamination from Onsite Sanitation systems in Sri Lanka.” Two Master students and Three UG students from the DCEE participated in field sampling and laboratory analysis with Japanese students from 5th to 9th January under this international collaborative research project.
