Visit of Dr. William Finnegan (University of Galway, Ireland) to DCEE

Dr. William Finnegan, an Associate Professor in Civil Engineering School of Engineering, University of Galway, Ireland, visited DCEE on 28th September 2026. He also visited DMME and DEIE along with ENSURE project members of the University of Ruhuna.
