The resource person, \u00a0Eng. Dr. Ranil Sugathadsas is a successful engineering professional in the country who is also a top ranked professional trainer, coach and a motivational speaker in the country.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Furthermore, he is a senior lecturer attached to the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Moratuwa. \u00a0During the webinar, he shared his valuable life experience and lessons learned in his professional life to guiding engineering undergraduates to be the best version of themselves\u00a0 targeting the professional success. He has revealed many strategies for engineering undergraduates to identify the best version of themselves. Practicing success habits, having purpose for the life, doing physical exercises and avoid getting distracted from the negative minded people were foremost among them. It was a fruitful session for the students as it allowed them to learn from a top ranked professional trainer in Sri Lanka to drive their professional journeys to success.
