Dr. (Mrs). Thesara Jayawardane was successfully held via Zoom on 04 th February 2023 from 7.00 PM to 8.30 PM with the active participation of undergraduates of the faculty. The resource person, Eng. Dr. Thesara Jayawardane is a successful woman engineering professional in the country who is excelling in multidisciplinary professions like engineering, lecturing, marketing, law, and management. Furthermore, she engages in various extra-curricular activities like acting, singing, dancing, counseling, announcing, and volunteering work for humanity. During the webinar, she shared her valuable life experience and lessons learned in her professional life to guiding engineering undergraduates to enhance their understanding of professional success. She has revealed many strategies that worked for her in developing her communication, interpersonal, and time management skills, which were really valuable for engineering undergraduates. It was a fruitful session for the students as it allowed them to learn from the life experiences of successful engineering professional in Sri Lanka to drive their professional journeys to success.
