The Vice-Chancellor Chancellor, University of Ruhuna participated as the Chief Guest and Professor Leelananda Rajapaksha, Chairman\/National Engineering Research and Development Centre (NERDC) was the Guest of Honour.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: Justify;\">Thanks to special addresses also made by Eng (Dr.) Kamal Laksiri, President\/Institution of Engineers&#8217;
